When it comes to outdoor photography in Kent, there are so many beautiful options. Lake Meridian Park is a favorite for maternity and family portraits, with its lakeside views, dock, and open lawns that are perfect for both playful and peaceful images. Clark Lake Park offers a more tucked-away feel, with wooded trails and a quiet atmosphere that’s great for natural, candid portraits.

If you’re looking for open spaces where kids can run, Morrill Meadows Park and Hogan Park at Russell Road are wonderful choices. For families who love waterfront settings, Green River Natural Resources Area has scenic trails, wetlands, and wide-open views—ideal for golden-hour sessions. Just a short drive away, Soos Creek Trail also provides a beautiful mix of meadows, trees, and winding paths.

My cozy Lake Tapps photography studio is only about a 20–25 minute drive from Kent. The studio is designed with newborns, expectant parents, and families in mind—quiet, warm, and baby-friendly. Everything will be prepared when you arrive: newborn wraps, tiny outfits, and a comfortable space for parents to relax. All you need to do is settle in while I capture timeless, heartfelt portraits of your family.
