One of my favorite neighbor has recently bid farewell to the chapter here in Lake Tapps and jetted off to a different country. While I was busy photographing her family, one of her littlest let out the cutest giggle.

“I wish I could capture those giggles too,” I blurted out, in respopnse, she sweetly said, “I’ll hear their giggles in my head when I look at these photos.”

Her words resonated deeply with me, reminding me of why I love what I do. It’s moment like these that make me appreciate the power of photography in preserving precious memories and emotions.
